34' Georgetown RV by Forest River - Add A Room For Just $40/Day!

This sleek RV has every amenity you would expect in a full size luxury land yacht. It drives like a dream! The powerful Ford Triton V-10 pulls mountains like a car and it cruises with the traffic in any road condition. Four adults and two children sleep comfortably and there is seating for nine (five seats have seat belts). There is a full tow package with electric brake control, hydraulic leveling jacks and an electric glide-out section in the living/dining area. A video camera mounted at the rear and large double side mirrors ensure there are no blind spots. With automatic transmission, cruise control, AM/FM cassette, TV and VCR, it is as simple to drive as a large car or van. A surprisingly tight turning radius lets you maneuver almost anywhere a car can go.

Our motorhome is fully self-sufficient. There is an on board generator, a large water tank and propane so there is no need to use a campground if you do not wish to. But if you DO want to use a campground, all of the hookups are there: 30-Amp electrical, city water, cable TV, and telephone/computer data ports.

Best of all, this bed and breakfast on wheels is PRIVATELY OWNED, not some stripped down dealer rental unit. We take care of this RV like it was our own - because it IS our own. And since you deal directly with the owner, you can rent this vehicle for about half what most dealers charge! Use it for your dream vacation across the country. Or take it to a theme park and have your own retreat from the crowds and expensive food concessions. Or even for temporary lodging when you have guests!

Just look at the features of this beautiful RV:

	The Cockpit Drive in comfort in the ergodynamically designed cockpit. A high end captains chair keeps you from becoming fatigued on long drives. Visibility is better than in a car - you're high off the ground and surrounded by windows. The video monitor in the dash keeps you abreast of what is behind you and electric double side mirrors can be adjusted from the comfort of the driver's seat. Controls for tilt, cruise, automatic transmission, overdrive, hydraulic leveling jacks, top mounted fans and AM/FM cassette all are within easy reach.
	Driver Side Door This is one feature not found on most motorhomes. A driver side door! You don't have to climb over the center console to exit through the main door. It isn't the kind of thing you notice unless it isn't there! But it makes a big difference in safety and convenience when it IS.
	Rear Camera When backing into a tight campsite, this camera makes all the difference in the world. Because of the automatic light sensing, even in the darkest of areas, the reverse lights of the vehicle provide plenty of light to see by.
	Kitchen and Dining Area With the glide-out section open, there is plenty of room to cook, eat and spread out.
	Living Area All of the comforts of home. TV, VCR, cable hookups, computer data ports (to be used at campgrounds where it is available) and AM/FM cassette with speakers all throughout the vehicle. Dual topside air conditioners can be used individually or ducted throughout the vehicle for central air conditioning. A separate propane central heating system keeps you toasty warm in the winter and even controls the temperature of the basement storage areas. The driver and passenger seats swivel to make a cozy seating group as does the third passenger chair. Sliding draperies can enclose the huge windshield and side windows for privacy at night. The sofa folds out into a queen sized bed. Nothing was left out when this vehicle was designed!
	Dining Table A large picture window at the dining table opens up to the world around you. Built-in cupholders keep your drinks from tipping while the vehicle is in motion. When at rest, the dining area folds down into a double bed!
	Kitchen Double sink, three burner propane stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The refrigerator and freezer can operate on either electricity or propane. There are also two water heaters, one electric and one propane so you can have hot water whether you are hooked to city power or not. Anything you can cook at home you can cook in this RV!
	Master Bedroom There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom. Plenty of cabinets so you don't have to leave anything at home!

Rental Rates

Per Day - $199 (Minimum 4-day rental)	Includes 100 miles per day - additional miles $.49/mile
7-Day - $999	Includes 700 miles - additional miles $.49/mile
Per Month - $3499	Includes 3000 miles - additional miles $.49/mile
Reservation Deposit	Minimum $500 or 1/2 of the rental estimate. (necessary to secure reservation) Reservation deposit is refundable until 60 days prior to rental date (except for $100 cancellation fee).
Security Deposit	$1000 ($1500 if pets are accompanying) *Returned within 48 hours after coach is returned in the same condition it was rented.
Insurance	$15 per day (or Binder furnished from your insurance Company) Purchase insurance at mbachoice.com - use our dealer number 301413-6 When asked the series number, the coach is a "Series 1" motorhome
Generator Charge	$3.00 per hour of use.
Additional Charges	$50 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty. $100 charge if tank is found stopped up by improper items flushed.
Fuel Tank	$20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return
Propane Tank	$20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Propane Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return
Housekeeping Kit	$150.00 if the motorhome is rented with basic furnishings.
Delivery Fee	$2 per mile, Minimum $100. Delivery MAY OR MAY NOT be available. We are not full time dealers, so my work schedule may not allow delivery. Please schedule as far in advance as possible.
Airport Pickup or Return	Security no longer allows us to check motorhomes in or out at the airport. Instead, transportation is provided to our site in Walnut Grove for $100 each way.
Cleaning Charge	$250.00 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments.
