	For an inexpensive and fun vacation, it's hard to beat this little Coleman Popup Camper. It has a dry weight of only 1200 pounds so you can pull it with almost anything. We pull it with a Ford Escort!
	There is a pump handle type sink or you can hook to city water. A two burner propane stove for cooking.
	The stove can be mounted outside if you prefer.
	It pulls small, but opens up big with two large queen sized beds.
	The dinette folds to additional sleeping so the popup will sleep up to 6!
	With the stove mounted outside, a countertop can be set in its place by the sink to make a more comfortable work area. Under the sink is an icebox - not a refrigerator - just put some dry ice in the top to keep everything cold.
	Stay nice and cool at your campsite with this air conditioner!

Rental Rates

Per Day - $40	Minimum rental 4 days
7-Day - $200	7 days - additional days $40
Per Month - $600	30 days - additional days $40
Reservation Deposit	Minimum $100 or 1/2 of the rental estimate. (necessary to secure reservation) Reservation deposit is refundable until 30 days prior to rental date (except for $25 cancellation fee).
Security Deposit	$500 ($600 if pets are accompanying) *Returned within 48 hours after camper is returned in the same condition it was rented.
Insurance	We provide no insurance for the camper. Proof of valid insurance is required before taking possession.
Generator	A generator is available for rent if the campsite you are visiting does not offer electrical hookups or you are planning a wilderness trip. The generator is $25 per day and unlimited usage (you provide gasoline for it). It will NOT fit in the popup, so you must have room for it in the vehicle you tow with.
Housekeeping Kit	$50.00 - Linens, dishes, cookware, etc.
Delivery Fee	$2 per mile, minimum $100.00
Airport Pickup & Return	Atlanta Airport: $100 $2/mile at any other major airport
Cleaning Charge	$100.00 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior.

Delivery and one-way rentals are available for a fee of $2 per mile from Social Circle, GA.
